Baptism can be transformational if we understand the spiritual reality that God is revealing to us through this physical re-enactment; that we are a new creation and Jesus is renewing His creation through his resurrection and his resurrected followers until he returns.

“Mastering Money” – Matthew 19:16-22

We place our faith in money because it promises us contentment, comfort and control, but God desires that we seek these things in Him because ultimately they can only be found in Him alone.

“The Throne Room” – Revelations 4

While there is a strong horizontal component to Christianity (our relationships with other humans), the central relationship is vertical. A thriving spiritual life requires that God himself be the central figure in our lives. Nowhere is this more prominently pictured than John’s vision of the Throne Room of Heaven in Revelation 4.

Our default posture is to hide our own failures while exposing the failures of others, but the first steps of true transformation happen when we understand God’s love and grace toward us.

By following Jesus’ example of His love for us and actively demonstrating that to one another, others will recognize the true love of God

“Being Pro Life”

As followers of Jesus, being “pro-life” has to look beyond simply overturning Roe v. Wade, but looking to deeper solutions for how we can reduce the number of abortions in the US.

“Doing Life Together”

By sharing life together, ministering to one another, we will reach maturity both individually and as a church.
